Broadway Costume has been a staple in the New England area for people
in the arts for over 50-years. From the quaint beginnings in 1954
to the largest costume company and the "go to" costume company in
the early 1980s.
It was at this point where the vision of Jean and Arnold St. Pierre
strategically placed Broadway Costume as "The Place" to go for any
function that was to be a hit. Through this time period Jean and Arnold
grew Broadway Costume to more than 30,000 costumes.
With the forward thinking of Arnold and Jean, the acquisition of Jack
Stein make-up was complete by November of 1984. Jack Stein make-up
center is the most recognizable make-up company in theatrical and
beauty needs for the arts. Prosthetic, wigs and beards are just a
small fraction of the innovative products available.
Today with a strategic location on 273 Summer Street in Boston and
Michael St. Pierre (third generation) coming on board as V.P of Operations,
both Jack Stein Makeup and Broadway Costume are poised to continue
there growth and diversity in there unique field. |
